When Mickey travelled with the Doctor to Pete's World, Mickey went to visit the Pete's World version of his grandmother, who had died in his world. When he was on her doorstep talking to her, Mrs Moore (who mistook him for Ricky) grabbed him and informed him that Thin Jimmy had gotten captured by authorities, making Ricky the number one most wanted in London.
