Billis

Billis was one of three Harvest Rangers who were sent to an unnamed planet during 5345.They were sent to 'harvest' the trees for fuel by using acid rain.When Droxil encountered Madge Arwell and Ven-Garr they wanted to know where she came from,and Billis had identified her to be a "time-traveler".Soon after, Madge started to cry which made Droxil cry and Ven-Garr wanting her to stop.Billis wanted to repect her as a woman and insisted Ven-Garr and Droxil to lower their so she can calm down Madge.Unexpectedly,she showed her revolver and had taken the harvest rangers as hostages.With Ven-Garr and Droxil handcuffed to two separate poles in their Androzani Harvester,Madge had Billis to be trusted.Insisting how to drive the machine,Billis couldn't drive it.But the other two can.Madge disagreed since she didn't trust them.Madge said it was pretty simmilar to the cock-pit her husband had operated during World War II,she could drive it.When the time was about to come,Billis,Ven-Garr, and Droxil were teleported to safety.Billis had no chose,but to leave Madge in the Androzani Harvester when the acid rain was about to start .
