Haldoran was a 22nd century Earth dictator who wanted to take over New London.
Sometime during the war, London gave his then-seventeen-year-old daughter Donna to Haldoran to marry in an attempt to create peace. Haldoran then tortured Donna and constantly attempted to impregnate her, until it as discovered she was infertile. He then divorced her and instead took her cousin, Brittany, and bore twelve kin with her. (EDA: Legacy of the Daleks)
