Sally Calypso was a news reporter in New New York. Her traffic news reports were recorded as holograms and broadcast for the people in the Motorway.
The hologram was turned off by the Tenth Doctor in the opening of the Motorway in the year 5,000,000,053. (DW: Gridlock)
