The Supreme Aliance was a nation that existed on Earth. It had apparently a brutal regime, with Magnus Greel as Minister of Justice. It pioneered time travel trough use of the Zygma beam, though this eventualy turned out to be a dead end.
During the 51st century the Supreme Alliance brought down the Icelandic Alliance by assasinating it's commissioner, which nearly precipitated World War VI. However, the Supreme Alliance itself fell after the Filipino Army advanced onReykjavik, an event the Doctor witnessed. (DW: The Talons of Weng-Chiang)
