Two questions

1: Were those clockwork robots, by any chance, Supreme Alliance work? We know from The Talons of Weng-Chiang that the Three Laws of Robotics were not very popular in the fifty-first century. 2: In the mind meld, Madame de Pompadour MUST have seen the French Revolution and the Reign of Terror.
