In Mutter's Spiral, the Earth Empire flourishes (and possibly begins during this century). Tensions exist between that Empire and the Empire of the Draconians and even more so with the Daleks. (DW: Frontier in Space)
Notable individuals
Bernice Summerfield grew up in this century. Abslom Daak and the Star Tigers fought Daleks at this time. Ace lived here for three years when she decided to leave the Doctor and join Space Fleet. Finally, as a Human, before her transformation into the Doctor's companion Compassion, Laura Tobin lived in this century.
