• 20th August - Ace is born.

• Unknown date - Charles, Prince of Wales, meets Camilla Shand (later Parker Bowles) for the first time, launching an on-again, off-again relationship that would last for years until they finally married in 2005. Camilla became known among the British populace as the "other woman" behind the breakdown of Charles' marriage to Princess Diana in the 1990s, leading Rose Tyler to later compare her to Madame de Pompadour (DW: The Girl in the Fireplace).
