Paradigm mutant? There's nothing to indicate that the Daleks within the Testor Paint pepper pots are different, just the machines themselves.Boblipton 00:51, August 24, 2011 (UTC)
The new daleks large hump on the back is a mystery, some thought it was a mutant escape hatch, but i think it was said to be a weapon, maybe it fires out lasers or bombs.
i watched a comentry on it in the fith season and it says that new weapons come out of it to replace ever the gunstick or sucker arm

I actually admire the design of the new Daleks while most people will disagree I think that the design is so unusual that it is good (as crazy as it sounds)
