For the novel Human Nature, the {{{adapted into}}} code should lead into Human Nature / The Family of Blood. The code needs tweaking to allow for something along the lines of {{{adapted into 2}}} because of this.

Obviously I considered the case of Human Nature when designing the template. And I'm disinclined to add extra variables. This is meant to be a one-line thing only. I think it looks bad enough to have both an adapted and novelisation line, as is necessary at The Stones of Blood. (Though we haven't created the page for it yet, the AG production is wholly unique and nothing to do with the novelisation at all.) I think there shouldn't be more than one line of text above the pic unless it's absolutely unavoidable due to the length of the title (e.g. Doctor Who in an Exciting Adventure with the Daleks) or because you can't build an "adaptation navigation" any other way (e.g. Shada (webcast) must have both an adapted from and adapted into line) The adapted/novelised variables could so easily be abused to have a whopping great list of things, which is why they're locked down. It's not meant to be exhaustive. It's just meant to provid the necessary link to find out more. It's fine just to connect the one Human Nature into the other. Family of Blood can have an adapted from line back to Human Nature (novel). So as people navigate from Human Nature TV to Family of Blood, they'll understand what's going on. They won't need to be told at both pages what's going on.

And as for Shada, the TV story is adapted into the webcast, while the audio is an adaptation of the webcast. It's just like Junior Doctor Who and the Giant Robot. That's an adaptation of Doctor Who and the Giant Robot, not a novelisation of Robot (TV story). You don't need to say at Robot TV that it has two novelisations, because the junior book is effectively a second generation copy, one generation removed from Robot itself.
