Nicolas Frumkin

Nicolas Frumkin was an employee of PhiCorp. He was the only person with access to a particular part of their building in Los Angeles. Gwen Cooper and Jack Harkness needed to gain access to PhiCorp, so they tricked Nicolas into giving them his voice print, palm print and an image of his iris. An assassin who was following Gwen and Jack also needed to gain entrance to PhiCorp, so he forced Nicolas to say his name into a tape recorder and cut out one of his eyes and the palm of his hand. (TV: Escape to LA) Considering this happened prior to the two months later when the Miracle was negated, Nicolas could have gotten replacements for his eye and hand; he would not have died as two months would have been ample to heal.
