Is this page really necessary? Nothing specific happened in this century; only on-going events started centuries before and ending over a millennium afterwards. Since the century is never specifically mentioned, I propose that, for now, we delete the page, and, should specific information for the century appear, re-create it with the new information, and still include the information provided at present. I think this article is almost equivalent to saying:
- The 6th century was the sixth century of the first millennium.
