The Phantom Piper was the McCrimmon clan's equivalent of the Grim Reaper. It was said to be a McCrimmon himself and appeared right before a McCrimmon died. When on the Moonbase, Jamie mistook a Cyberman for the Phantom Piper. (TV: The Moonbase)
