Siege mode is a mode on the Doctor's TARDIS (and perhaps all TARDISes) where in the entire internal dimension becomes locked down. In this mode, no one is able to enter, nor leave, the TARDIS. To activate Siege mode, the Doctor can pull a lever that drops down from below the TARDIS console.
