Ruby Porter was a history lecturer living in Foxton. In an alternate timeline, her uncle Peter Porter disappeared into Swallow Woods in 1959, inspiring her to become a police officer. She helped interrogate the Eleventh Doctor when he was brought in for questioning. She later risked her job to help him escape from jail, enabling him to negate the timeline.
