Torcs were neck or head ornamental jewelry.
The Huducts used torcs to control the Anubians. After K9 freed the Anubians from slavery, the Anubians reverse engineered the torcs and, in turn, enslaved the Huducts. The Anubians then enslaved Aeolians, Sea Devils, Jixen, Mandrels, Green Aliens and Alpha Centaurans. (TV: Curse of Anubis)
