Richard Brookes was a sound recordist credited on the Doctor Who television story Hell Bent.
He attended film school in France. According to his CV, Brookes also served as sound recordist on multiple episodes of the 2014 series, and acted sporadically as a boom operator and sound assistant in some of the years previous.[1]
