Reverend Lukas was a leader of the Church of the Way Forward.
He became infected by the Wirrn. After the Wirrn Queen was killed by the Eighth Doctor, he managed to take the body away in a spaceship and headed to the Andromeda galaxy. (PROSE: Placebo Effect)
