Gallifrey XII was a planet that existed in the future timeline of the Second War in Heaven. It existed after the original Gallifrey had been "wiped" (according to Homunculette). It had a training complex which taught Time Lord operatives escapology learnt from generations of Time Lord renegades. (PROSE: Alien Bodies)
