Zou Yunying was a security officer in the Qingming District of the City of the Saved. She and four other officers died while defending Qingmning's Assembly Building from rioting anti-Civil-War protesters; she was remembered on the Council's Roll of Remembrance as the four trillionth Citizen to redie in the Civil War.
