Hydrocallica

Hydrocallica was a barren world inhabited by the Strigidae.
They shielded the planet with a water molecule shield that covered the surface. Over time the shield began to break down and water leaked through to the world beneath. The Eleventh Doctor repaired the shield with his sonic screwdriver, ensuring their survival on Hydrocallica for at least a few centuries. (COMIC: The Water World)
