Zero-hour contract

Welsh law meant that a person could only be on a zero-hour contract for twelve-weeks before being entitled to basic workers' rights.

Deliverables exclusively offered zero-hour contracts. To get around giving its employees sick pay and holidays, it burnt its employees just before they exceeded the twelve-weeks. (AUDIO: Zero Hour)
