Template talk:McKee

So I don't want to go digging through all the tons and tons of places this could be, but I came across Template_talk:Dreyfus because it was an unsorted template and I was bored and noticed that it said not to create Master templates due to how complicated they could get without community discussion. Was this changed between then and when this was made? I'm not seeing any immediate issues with it. But an admin should probably make sure the template is functioning properly at the very least. - Oh dang, I forgot about that.BananaClownMan ☎ 09:35, July 11, 2020 (UTC)
- Well, the Lumiat has now been referenced in a second story (however minorly), so I think we're good to recreate this. Scrooge MacDuck ☎ 14:32, 10 January 2021 (UTC)
- The reason the Master templates exist in the first place is because they (well, most of them at least, War Master, Decayed Master and Spy Master are now sort of exceptions to this) lack a "pretty" way to link to them like we usually do. Considering McKee is undisputedly and unambiguously the Lumiat, is this template truly necessary? OncomingStorm12th ☎ 02:25, 9 July 2021 (UTC)
- Well — as you say, I think that rationale sort of fell by the wayside when we introduced Gomez. Scrooge MacDuck ☎ 09:46, 9 July 2021 (UTC)
