Cephas Mabgwe was a colonist on Yemaya 4. He was fifteen at the time of the Seventh Doctor's visit to the colony. When GRUMPY's virus activated the colonists' psychic powers, Zinkiewicz developed psychokinesis. (PROSE: SLEEPY)
