Temmosus Skyedron was a Thal and participant in the Thal-Dalek battle who came to live on Earth, where he served as EC Commissioner for Overproduction beginning in 1967. At some stage he was interviewed by a researcher regarding Susan Foreman. (AUDIO: Whatever Happened to Susan Foreman?)
Temmosus shared his name with the Thal leader who was exterminated by the Daleks shortly prior to the Thal-Dalek battle. (TV: The Daleks)
