Mqrtin Tyr was a resident of Urbsbandi was was part of the resistance against the regime of the Supreme Leader and The Silent Enigma. He was attacked before being rescued by Doom who took him to Caster Square to meet up with someone. This turned out to be a lie and she had poisoned him with something that made him feel nothing so that he wouldn't feel himself being killed by the police.
