Josie Wingate

Josie Wingate was a woman Donna Noble knew. According to Donna, Josie "had lots of names at school", most of which Donna herself invented.

She had a son who mocked Donna's daughter, Rose, for being transgender by deadnaming her. Donna furiously insisted that she would tell Josie about the abuse. (TV: The Star Beast [+]Loading...["The Star Beast (TV story)"])
