In 2068, Stephen Baxter sent Colonel White a message which informed him of his opinion that TV21 and Tornado was better than it had ever been and "near" perfect. He suggested that, to make it perfect, White should start of fourth dimension story of some kind, offering up Dr. Who and The Time Tunnel as potential options. (PROSE: TV21 — Almost Perfect!)
