Scutosaurus

Scutosaurus was a large reptile that lived towards the end of the Permian era. It was a herbivore, migrating across the arid landscape in search of plants. Scutosaurus travelled in large herds which had to keep moving constantly, as the ravenous reptiles could quickly denude an entire forest of vegetation. Scutosaurus were slow-moving and tired easily, but their heavy armour plating protected them from most predators.
