I feel that Rudolph (Last Christmas) is too specific for this character, considering that Rudolph is a fictional character from the real world. Beyond appearing in Last Christmas, he was also mentioned in Death in Blackpool - a story which precedes this one, and has likely been mentioned (or will likely be mentioned/appear) in a number of other stories. 66 Seconds 11:03, February 19, 2020 (UTC)

I agree. The current naming would also suggest that other "Rudolphs" will pop up, which are not this Rudolph. --DCLM 11:05, February 19, 2020 (UTC)
Well they will, won't they? Dabbing this Rudolph seems in line with the ongoing proposal at Talk:Santa Claus to split the dream being played by Nick Frost from the real Santa Claus in the DWU. If we do that (and I really think we should), we obviously should also consider dream!Rudolph a different entity from a hypothetical real-world Rudolph. --Scrooge MacDuck 12:03, February 19, 2020 (UTC)
