Vivien Rook She was an agent for Torchwood and she appeared in the episode The Sound of Drums. She turned up at 10 downing street claiming to be a reporter for the Daily Star and she requested an interview with Lucy Saxon. She told Lucy the truth about Mr Saxon's true life style she said he was only in exitance since Harriet Jones stood down as Prime Minster 18 months ago in 2006. Lucy Saxon knew about Mr Saxon's true itentied and Mr Saxon came in and ordered the Toclafane to kill her.
