New Time Lord Empire

The Time Lord Empire was an empire created by the Master and the so-called "Toclafane" in an alternative timeline.

It was established on Earth by the Master who used a paradox machine to allow an army of altered Humans, now known as Toclafane, into the 21st century from their home 100,000,000,000,000 where they first of all removed one tenth of the Human population and imposed martial law over the planet. They later forced the natives to build warships that would carry their army into the stars to conquer the Universe and spread the empire.

The Empire's defeat came from the Revolt on Earth, during which all the slaves on Earth refused to obey their commands and repeatedly shouted "Doctor", freeing the Doctor from his trap, and also due to Jack Harkness's destruction of the paradox machine, sending the Toclafane to their home time and reversing time on Earth to before the Toclafane invasion.
