Cutting device

The Cutting device was a large hand-held machine used by the Sea Devils.
It required two Sea Devils to carry the device, which appeared as a cylinder shaped machine with a sphere in the front which was capable of projecting a beam that was capable of cutting through obstacles such as doors. Elite Group One used a cutting beam to break through the blast doors in a human installation. (DW: Warriors of the Deep)
