So who the heck is Ly-Chee? She's (he's?) been sitting as a redlink as a comics companion in {{Companions of the Seventh Doctor}} for over two years now. Can't seem to find a reference for this character. Anyone know what stories this character is in? Stardizzy2 added the character to the template, but he's not active enough to ask anymore.

Thanks. I guess he is a companion. A one-panel companion, but still, the implication's clear enough that he travelled with the Doctor for a while.
