Harbor Heights was an orphanage in Scotland. In 1965, twelve orphans from Holly Tree Lodge were apparently being taken here, but were instead taken to Scotland to the 456 in exchange for a cure for Spanish influenza. (TW: Children of Earth: Day One, Day Four)
