The Beta Orianus system was a star system in which the planet Lethe could be found. (AUDIO: The Juggernauts) During the journey from Necros to Skaro, (TV: Revelation of the Daleks) the Renegade Dalek ship carrying Davros was attacked and crashed on Lethe, where Davros began masquerading as "Professor Vaso."
