Cord was a worker for the Somnus Foundation and reported to Qel about Lena Korolev breaking in and then escaping. He wanted to read Turlough's aura, and was confused since he was non-human. He later came to collect the Doctor's TARDIS and Turlough. (AUDIO: Singularity)
