Mr Fetch was the owner of a warehouse where orphaned children worked. He attended the funeral of Reverend Aubrey Fairchild because he gave generously to the warehouses. Mercy Hartigan arrived at the funeral with an army of Cybermen and took him, Mr Cole, Mr Scoones and Mr Milligan to be used as a part of their plans, by using their children to power the CyberKing. Fetch was promptly killed, alongside Cole, Scoones and Milligan, after outliving his usefullness. (TV: The Next Doctor)
