Helen was a doctor who worked for Torchwood Three at a hospital on Flat Holm for those thrown through the rift and then returned. She was a generally nice person and had formed a flirtatious relationship with Jack Harkness, her employer. When Gwen Cooper first came to the island, Helen showed her to the room that Jonah Bevan was staying in. (TV: Adrift)
