Sergeant Henderson was a UNIT officer.

Under Major Beresford's orders, Henderson helped the Fourth Doctor rescue Sarah Jane Smith and Scorby from Harrison Chase.
He was later knocked out by Chase, who then put his unconscious body into his compost shredder machine, killing him. (TV: The Seeds of Doom)
