"Home" was the only name by which Kifah thought of his home planet, a world part of the posthuman Arab League. When its inhabitants' biodata began to mutate, granting them increased time sensitivity, the Great Houses feared they could become a threat in the War in Heaven and brought a fleet of timeships to "Home", razing it to the ground and exterminating its people.
