Josie Long

Josie Long is a British comedian who has made a number of contributions to the "classic" Doctor Who DVD range. She usually appears alongside co-commentators Joseph Lidster and Simon Guerrier in roundtable discussions about various aspects of serials from the 1963 run of the programme. She also contributed to the charity reference book Behind the Sofa: Celebrity Memories of Doctor Who.
Outside of Doctor Who she has been a panellist on shows that put a premium on quick, unscripted wit, such as 8 Out of 10 Cats, The Bubble, Never Mind the Buzzcocks and Thank God You're Here. She has also had a recurring role on Skins, a show that Russell T Davies greatly admired during his first era show running Doctor Who.
