Peritus IV was one of the Evolved's planets, located in Omega Centauri, twelve parsecs from the central black hole.
Jack Harkness went there to ask the Evolved to help protect Earth from the Committee and, after he learnt what the trial that he agreed to entailed, he was held prisoner there. (AUDIO: Forgotten Lives)
