The two conflicts mentioned don't sound like anything in common. Even if we assume there is a spacefaring Dalek faction alongside the ones stranded beneath the Dalek City, it seems unlikely that the latter are connected to any war with humanity.
I'm not too familiar with all of the pre-Time War Dalek stuff, but the behind the scenes section implies that the human conflict's connection to the 22nd century Dalek invasion is completely speculatory. -- Tybort (talk page) 19:31, January 10, 2012 (UTC)
