Tlatelolco was a section of Mexico City that had undergone an incident which involved Señor 105. (PROSE: Iris Wildthyme y Señor Cientocinco contra Los Monstruos del Fiesta)

In the real world the Tlatelolco incident was a massacre where the Mexican Armed Forces opened fire on a group of unarmed civilians. The death toll was estimated at between 300 and 400 people with over 1000 injured.
