Savaar was an Ice Lord who was the second brother to Rhukk, an archaeologist. He commanded the Martian spaceship known as the Bruk which carried various ancient relics.
He became friendly with Bernice Summerfield and even enjoyed a kiss from her. (NA: Legacy)
