Purcell was the landlord of a block of flats. He lived in one with his dog Bernard. He was sucked into the doll's house after George became frightened of him, where he was transformed into a Peg Doll. Purcell was later restored to his original form, along with everyone else who had been transformed. (DW: Night Terrors)
