Biography
Helen worked as a specially trained doctor at a small island which was used as a hospital for those thrown through the rift and then returned. She was a generally nice person and had formed a flirtatious relationship with Jack Harkness, her employer. When Gwen first came to the island, Helen showed Gwen to the room that Jonah Bevan was staying in. (TW: Adrift)
