Clive Jones was the ex-husband of Francine Jones, the father of Tish Jones, Martha Jones, and Leo Jones, the grandfather of Keisha Jones and the boyfriend of Annalise.
Clive had fallen out with Francine about attending his son's 21st birthday. He and his girlfriend showed up, resulting in an argument between Francine and Annalise.
Clive was arrested in the episode The Sound of Drums with the rest of his family except Leo (who hid from the police). This is because he was Martha's Father and Martha was traveling with The Doctor. He was taken to the Valiant with Francine and Tish. He later saw the Toclafane descend on the Earth.
Alternate Universe
If Donna Noble had turned right Clive would hav lost his daughter Martha as thre doctor could not save her. This ment that he would not have been taken captive by the Master. But it is unsure if he surived the Titanic landing landing on London. (DW: Turn Left)
