In the parallel universe where Pete Tyler still was alive, he and Jackie Tyler were still married. They didn't have a daughter, but Jackie had a dog named Rose.
During the attack of the Cybermen Jackie was upgraded to a Cyberman. Jackie was then killed and in Doomsday Pete Tyler is married to the other Jackie from our universe.
